The Further Enshittification of Spotify

Well, I didn’t think that Spotify could sink any lower, but, from an artist’s perspective, they just did. The limited statistics that they have given, admittedly more than similar DSPs, just got worse. In a previous post, I showed screenshots of the stats Spotify gave for top cities and top countries. Now Spotify has limited that data precipitously. Here’s today’s screenshot:

The information they now provide is limited to a few entries. Gee, thanks Daniel Ek, AI Military contractor. I know that’s going to squeeze out even more profit from the artists you shaft. Pure scum.
