Glad to see Spotify in legal hot water for their seemly illegal and negligent behaviors. One of the suits contends that the Discovery pay to play that is advertised to customers as a FYP type of discovery based on the customer‘s likes is false advertising since you’re just getting shoveled whatever artists who are willing to fork over to Spotify 30% of their revenues put out.
