# Promotion

I decided to give a promotion company some business when I had a better month than usual with a decent distribution from Distrokid. I chose Apolone for a one month campaign for one of my songs:

I decided to give the one month campaign a try although I never used Apolone before. This is the result of an almost completed campaign:

With this as additional support, of just the featured song:

So, 2,840 listeners in 28 days for a really bizarre sub-genre. Is that good? It’s better than I expected. At least I didn’t have to go through the bother of trying to hunt down playlists and then pitch my song to them. And now I have and idea of which playlists to pitch to in the future.
