Burnout is real, and if you're in the Fedi music scene you've undoubtedly noticed that the organizers of big ventures like RFF and Fedivision have called it a day. These initiatives take real engagement and a dedication to personal communication; they cost the organizer a lot in headspace; and most of all, they don't scale.
